Production of high precision gears (standard and special profiles), by injection moulding of engineering thermoplastics (POM, PA, noise absorbing elastomers etc.)
Co-moulding with metallic inserts.

Production of machined metallic and plastic microgears and gears (spur straight-cut and helical gears, internal gears, worm gears, double gears) up to modulus 2, with or without heat treatments.
Toothed shafts for electric motors.
Worms up to modulus 2.
Straight-cut and helical racks up to modulus 1.

Production of parallel axis gearboxes and motorgearboxes (motor axis and exit shaft not aligned), with AC motors (110/220 V~ 50/60 Hz) and DC motors (12-24 V), high static torques; torques up to ~ 25 Nm with ~ 2 RPM (exit speed) and ~ 5 Nm with ~ 50 RPM (exit speed).

Production of epicyclic/planetary gearboxes and motorgearboxes (12-24V DC) , available at stock, power up to 17 W, with coaxial exit shaft and motor axis.
